Responsibilities
- Oversee all weekend warehouse and logistics operations to ensure 100% on-time delivery.
- Manage and optimize inventory levels, conducting daily cycle counts.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards.
- Lead and mentor a team of 5-10 warehouse associates.
- Coordinate with the dispatch team to resolve immediate logistical issues.
- Prepare weekly performance reports and shift summaries.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse management.
- Proven ability to work effectively and efficiently during weekend shifts.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management software (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is a plus.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
