Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee local and long-distance moving logistics for clients, ensuring all timelines are met.
- Communicate regularly with clients, vendors, and real estate agents to provide updates and address concerns.
- Prepare and review essential relocation documentation, including inventory lists and contracts.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Assist in budgeting and cost estimation for relocation services.
- Perform on-site visits to assess property conditions and moving requirements.
- Manage packing schedules and ensure all safety protocols are followed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associateās degree in Business, Logistics, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in relocation, logistics, or customer service is a strong plus.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer applications.
- Valid driverās license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift light to medium objects as needed for the role.
