Responsibilities
- Coordinate full relocation logistics for inbound/outbound clients
- Conduct home-finding tours and neighborhood orientation sessions
- Facilitate school enrollment and community resource connections
- Manage relocation documentation and expense reimbursements
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the moving process
- Collaborate with real estate partners and service providers
- Track client satisfaction and implement improvement strategies
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years customer service or relocation coordination experience
- Strong knowledge of Lincoln, NE neighborhoods and amenities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in relocation software (e.g., ReloQuest, MoveHQ)
- Valid Nebraska driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends
