Responsibilities
- Coordinate client moving logistics including scheduling movers, utility transfers, and address changes
- Provide personalized relocation consultations to understand client needs and preferences
- Research and recommend local housing options, schools, and community resources
- Assist with relocation documentation, budget planning, and expense tracking
- Build and maintain relationships with local service providers (real estate, movers, etc.)
- Track client satisfaction metrics and resolve relocation challenges proactively
- Attend weekly team meetings and training sessions for professional development
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service or administrative experience
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Valid Arizona driver's license with reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Empathetic problem-solving approach for client challenges
