Responsibilities
- Coordinate logistics for incoming relocating clients including housing tours and school registration
- Provide personalized orientation about Baton Rouge's neighborhoods, amenities, and local services
- Manage relocation documentation and ensure compliance with company policies
- Build relationships with local vendors and service providers to expand relocation resources
- Conduct virtual or in-person welcome sessions to ease transition stress
- Track client satisfaction and maintain detailed relocation case files
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless relocation experiences
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years in customer service, relocation coordination, or hospitality
- Deep knowledge of Baton Rouge geography, schools, and community resources
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid Louisiana driver's license with reliable transportation
- Spanish language fluency is highly desirable
