Responsibilities
- Coordinate client relocation logistics including housing searches, school transfers, and utility setup
- Conduct needs assessments and create personalized relocation action plans
- Partner with local vendors to secure housing, transportation, and community resources
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting throughout the relocation process
- Maintain detailed client records and documentation in CRM systems
- Organize welcome packets and community orientation materials
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless transitions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- 1+ years in customer service, coordination, or relocation support
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously
- Knowledge of Chula Vista/San Diego area resources preferred
