Responsibilities
- Assess patient health status by performing physical exams and reviewing medical histories.
- Develop and implement comprehensive nursing care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Administer medications and treatments in strict accordance with hospital protocols and safety standards.
- Monitor patient progress and respond immediately to any changes in clinical condition.
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
- Provide patient and family education regarding disease prevention and health maintenance.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all patient interactions and care provided.
Qualifications
- Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Arizona (or eligible for compact state licensure).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience (Hospital or Acute Care preferred).
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Eligibility to work in the United States and ability to obtain a work visa (must be visa sponsorship eligible).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Demonstrated commitment to patient safety and quality of care standards.
