Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with clinical protocols and standards
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and safety
- Monitor patient vital signs and document electronic health records accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans
- Educate patients and families on health management and preventive care
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and OSHA regulations
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education
Qualifications
- Active RN license in North Carolina or eligibility for endorsement
- BSN degree (ADN candidates with experience considered)
- Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience (acute care preferred)
- Valid BLS certification (ACLS/PALS beneficial)
- Strong communication skills and cultural competency
- Ability to work 24-32 hours per week (including weekends/shifts)
- Proficiency in EMR systems (Epic experience preferred)
- Authorization to work in the US (visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates)
