Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor health status.
- Administer medications and treatments in strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to develop effective care plans.
- Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding medical conditions.
- Ensure the comfort and safety of all patients within the unit.
- Respond promptly to patient needs and emergency situations.
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Alaska.
- Active Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Eligibility to obtain a US work visa (H-1B or H-2B) and willingness to undergo sponsorship processing.
- Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, part-time environment.
