Responsibilities
- Assess patient health status through physical examinations and medical history reviews.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes in condition immediately to the nursing team or physicians.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely in electronic health records (EHR).
- Educate patients and their families on disease prevention, health maintenance, and post-discharge care.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
- Strong English language proficiency (speaking, reading, and writing).
- Eligibility to work in the United States and willingness to undergo visa sponsorship processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
