Responsibilities
- Execute manual test cases across web and mobile applications to ensure functionality and usability.
- Identify, document, and track software bugs and issues using JIRA.
- Collaborate closely with the development team to reproduce bugs and verify fixes.
- Perform regression testing on recent builds to ensure no new defects were introduced.
- Write clear and concise test scripts and test documentation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in software testing or a related technical field is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot minute inconsistencies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of SQL or scripting languages (Python/Java) is highly desirable.
