Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and medication administration in accordance with protocols
- Monitor patient vitals and document electronic health records accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop care plans
- Educate patients/families on health conditions and preventive care
- Maintain sterile environments and infection control standards
- Respond to emergency situations with calm professionalism
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Texas (or eligibility for endorsement)
- Associate/Bachelor's degree in Nursing from accredited institution
- Minimum 1 year clinical nursing experience
- Valid BLS certification
- Eligibility for US work visa sponsorship (H1B/OPT/J1)
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Proficiency in EMR systems (Epic preferred)
- Ability to work 24-32 hours/week schedule
