Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with established protocols and standards
- Administer medications, treatments, and injections with precision
- Monitor patient vital signs and document clinical observations accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and self-care techniques
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and OSHA regulations
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and team meetings
Qualifications
- Valid nursing license (or eligible for Nebraska license via NCLEX)
- BSN or Associate Degree in Nursing from accredited institution
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience (new graduates welcome to apply)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Excellent communication skills and cultural sensitivity
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Proficient in electronic health record systems
- Willingness to complete visa sponsorship process
