Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in medical/surgical units
- Administer medications and monitor vital signs
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Maintain accurate electronic health records
- Educate patients on treatment plans
- Adhere to JCAHO and OSHA regulations
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Kentucky or eligible endorsement
- BSN degree (ADN candidates with 2+ years experience considered)
- Minimum 1 year acute care nursing experience
- Valid BLS/CPR certification
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work 24-32 hours/week (evening/weekend shifts)
- Eligible for US work visa sponsorship
