Responsibilities
- Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across social media, email, and digital platforms
- Manage content calendars and schedule social media posts using Buffer/Hootsuite
- Analyze campaign performance metrics using Google Analytics and adjust strategies accordingly
- Create compelling marketing collateral including blog posts, infographics, and email newsletters
- Coordinate with design teams to ensure brand consistency across all materials
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Assist in preparing monthly performance reports for client presentations
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1-3 years of hands-on marketing experience with digital campaign execution
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Mailchimp, and social media management tools
- Strong writing skills with portfolio samples demonstrating content creation abilities
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Basic graphic design experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- Self-motivated with ability to thrive in a remote-hybrid work environment
- Valid Texas driver's license for occasional client meeting transportation
