Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
- Coordinate pop-up events at local venues like Jack London Square
- Create email newsletters with Mailchimp targeting 5,000+ subscribers
- Manage content calendar for artist spotlights and event promotions
- Analyze campaign metrics using Google Analytics and adjust strategies
- Collaborate with 15+ local artists on brand partnerships
- Source and manage influencer collaborations within Oakland
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in social media marketing or digital campaigns
- Portfolio demonstrating successful content creation
- Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Suite, and Google Analytics
- Strong understanding of Oakland's cultural landscape
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent written communication skills
- Valid California driver's license for event logistics
- Experience managing influencer partnerships preferred
