Responsibilities
- Assist department heads with daily operations and administrative workflows.
- Shadow senior employees to observe industry best practices and methodologies.
- Conduct market research and assist in the preparation of business reports.
- Participate actively in team meetings and contribute to group brainstorming sessions.
- Engage in cultural integration activities to foster a diverse and inclusive workplace.
- Complete assigned training modules and projects within the designated timeframe.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program relevant to the trainee's field of study.
- Valid eligibility to obtain a J1 Trainee Visa.
- Proficient in English (B2 level or higher) with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, eager-to-learn attitude.
- Availability to work 20-25 hours per week.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (J1 status required).
