Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Valid J1 Visa status (mandatory)
- Currently enrolled in tourism, hospitality, or business program
- Intermediate English proficiency (verbal and written)
- Customer service mindset with strong communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends/holidays
- Basic knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Interest in cultural exchange and cross-cultural environments
- Previous hospitality experience preferred
