Responsibilities
- Assist with daily operations in front desk, concierge, and guest services departments
- Support event setup and execution for corporate meetings and social functions

- Document operational procedures and contribute to process improvement initiatives
- Maintain compliance with brand standards and safety protocols
- Complete periodic performance assessments and learning objectives
Qualifications
- Active J1 Visa status or eligibility for sponsorship through designated program sponsor
- Currently enrolled in hospitality/tourism degree program or recent graduate
- Intermediate English proficiency (verbal and written)
- Customer service mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office suite)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
