Responsibilities
- Assist with daily front desk operations and guest check-in/check-out procedures
- Support event coordination and venue setup for conferences and weddings
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction
- Participate in cross-departmental training sessions covering F&B and guest services
- Contribute to marketing initiatives through social media and guest feedback collection
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and service requests
Qualifications
- Valid J1 Visa sponsorship eligibility required
- Currently enrolled in a hospitality/tourism degree program or recent graduate
- Basic proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Must be authorized to work in the US under J1 Visa program
