Responsibilities
- Provide multilingual assistance to international guests with check-in/check-out processes
- Manage reservations and address inquiries in English and other languages
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction
- Process payments using POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Facilitate cultural orientation for foreign visitors about local attractions
- Maintain detailed records of guest preferences and special requests
- Collaborate with concierge team to arrange transportation and tours
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proficiency in English and at least one additional language (Spanish, French, German, Japanese, or Mandarin preferred)
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience strongly preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with reservation systems
- Valid work authorization (visa sponsorship available for eligible candidates)
- Strong problem-solving skills and cultural sensitivity
- Must pass background check and drug screening
