Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and develop robust, scalable, and secure web applications using modern technologies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend teams to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimization: Identify performance bottlenecks and implement optimizations to ensure high-speed user experiences and database efficiency.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; conduct code reviews to ensure best practices.
- Security: Implement security best practices and data protection measures to safeguard our client's data.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on full-stack development.
- Technologies: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, Node.js, or Python.
- Database: Strong experience with SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and/or NoSQL (MongoDB).
- Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States; Visa Sponsorship is available for the right candidate.
- Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
