Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues across Windows/macOS environments
- Assist with cybersecurity protocols and data protection measures
- Document technical procedures and maintain IT asset inventory
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless IT solutions
- Train employees on technology best practices and security protocols
Qualifications
- Associate degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1+ years of hands-on IT support experience
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Valid work authorization requiring sponsorship (H-1B/OPT/etc.)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certification preferred
- Ability to work 20-30 hours per week
