Responsibilities
- Provide remote and on-site technical support for hardware/software issues across Windows/macOS/Linux systems
- Manage cloud infrastructure including AWS/Azure environments and SaaS applications
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Document IT procedures and maintain knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system integration projects
- Train end-users on new technologies and best practices
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of hands-on IT support experience with cloud platforms
- Proficiency in network administration (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Strong scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, or Bash)
- CompTIA Network+ or Security+ certification preferred
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
- Authorized to work in the U.S. (visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates)
- Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira) a plus
