Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support via phone, email, and remote access tools.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues for internal employees.
- Manage and maintain user accounts, permissions, and security protocols.
- Document technical incidents, resolutions, and knowledge base articles.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to identify and resolve recurring technical issues.
- Assist in the deployment of new software updates and system patches.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or a related technical field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Windows, and macOS operating systems.
- Strong understanding of network troubleshooting and basic hardware configuration.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
