Your Role
You will be the first point of contact for our internal employees, providing top-tier technical assistance and ensuring our systems run smoothly. Your problem-solving skills will directly impact team productivity.
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Manage and resolve incoming IT tickets efficiently using Zendesk or similar ticketing systems.
- Assist with hardware installation, software configuration, and troubleshooting for end-users.
- Maintain accurate records of all technical interactions and resolutions in the knowledge base.
- Collaborate with the full-time IT team to implement new security protocols and patches.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred).
- Basic understanding of networking concepts, Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- CompTIA A+ certification is a plus but not required.
