Responsibilities
- Provide tier-1 technical support via phone and email to internal staff and clients.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of new workstations and peripherals.
- Maintain accurate records of all incidents, resolutions, and maintenance logs.
- Collaborate with the senior IT team to implement new software updates and security patches.
- Conduct regular inventory checks of IT assets and supplies.
- Offer training and guidance to non-technical team members on basic software tools.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in a help desk or support role is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and basic operating systems (Windows/macOS).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical errors independently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings as needed.
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle (for occasional on-site travel).
