Responsibilities
- Provide tier 1 and tier 2 technical support via phone, email, and in-person for employees.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues promptly.
- Manage and maintain the company asset inventory and assist with hardware provisioning.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation for all incidents and resolutions.
- Collaborate with the senior IT team to implement security patches and updates.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of new workstations and mobile devices.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Computer Science or IT is preferred.
- 1-2 years of professional experience in a help desk or technical support role.
- Proficient in Windows, macOS, and common mobile operating systems.
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals and troubleshooting protocols.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time capacity.
