Responsibilities
- Provide remote and on-site technical support for hardware/software systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve network, security, and infrastructure issues
- Deploy and configure IT assets including workstations, servers, and cloud services
- Document IT procedures and maintain system documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement technology solutions
- Monitor system performance and proactively address vulnerabilities
- Assist in IT security compliance initiatives
Qualifications
- Associate degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 2+ years in technical support or system administration
- Proficiency in Windows/macOS, Active Directory, and cloud platforms
- Strong network troubleshooting skills (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Valid work authorization requiring sponsorship (H1B/OPT/etc.)
- CompTIA Network+ or similar certification preferred
