Responsibilities
- Provide remote and on-site technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Diagnose and resolve IT infrastructure issues including server maintenance and cybersecurity protocols
- Assist with cloud platform management (AWS/Azure) and SaaS application integrations
- Create and maintain technical documentation for IT assets and procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement technology solutions
- Support end-user training on new systems and software
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1+ years of hands-on IT support experience in Windows/Linux environments
- Proficiency in network administration (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and security best practices
- Experience with cloud services (AWS/Azure) and virtualization technologies
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Valid work authorization in the US (visa sponsorship available for eligible candidates)
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certification preferred
