Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, including printer setup, network connectivity, and operating system errors.
- Manage and maintain inventory of IT equipment, including laptops, tablets, and peripherals.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of new devices and software updates.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in the ticketing system for future reference.
- Collaborate with the full-time engineering team to improve IT processes and security protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Computer Science or IT is preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or technical support roles.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Familiarity with networking concepts (IP addressing, DNS, basic troubleshooting).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (for occasional on-site support).
