Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and on-premise servers.
- Provide Tier 2 technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of software applications.
- Monitor system performance, security, and availability using monitoring tools.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to implement system improvements.
- Ensure data backups and recovery procedures are executed correctly.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, and virtualization technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to secure and maintain a valid work visa sponsorship.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Fluent in English (verbal and written communication skills are essential).
- Ability to work 20-30 hours per week.
