Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome attendees at the event entrance, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage registration desks, scanning tickets, and distributing event materials.
- Assist with crowd control and maintaining a safe, organized environment throughout the event.
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, answering questions and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the event coordination team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Perform light cleaning duties to maintain venue standards.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, outgoing demeanor.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (4-6 hours per shift).
- Reliable transportation to and from the event venue.
- Previous event or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work weekends and evenings as scheduled.
