Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and handle transactions efficiently.
- Stock merchandise on shelves and maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
- Assist with inventory management and process returns or exchanges as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding products, services, and store policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous retail, customer service, or hospitality experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills for transaction handling.
- Reliable transportation is required for this position.
