Responsibilities
- Perform manual harvesting of vegetables and fruits following quality standards
- Operate farm machinery including tractors and irrigation systems with proper training
- Assist with crop planting, weeding, and general field maintenance
- Adhere to all safety protocols and pesticide handling procedures
- Participate in sorting, packing, and loading of agricultural products
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa sponsorship eligibility required
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor conditions
- Basic understanding of agricultural practices preferred
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings and weekends
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Strong teamwork skills and reliable attendance
- No prior experience necessary - training provided
