Responsibilities
- Operate farm machinery including tractors and irrigation systems
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops (lettuce, peppers, tomatoes)
- Maintain crop quality through sorting and packing
- Adhere to strict food safety and HACCP protocols
- Perform field maintenance tasks like weed control and pest management
- Assist with greenhouse operations when needed
Qualifications
- Must be H2A visa-eligible (USDA-approved program)
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Valid driver's license preferred
