Responsibilities
- Assist in planting, cultivating, and harvesting seasonal crops in controlled environments
- Operate agricultural machinery including tractors and harvesters with proper safety protocols
- Maintain farm cleanliness and equipment sanitation standards
- Monitor crop health and report any pest/disease issues to supervisors
- Participate in irrigation system setup and maintenance
- Adhere strictly to H2A program guidelines and labor regulations
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa status or eligibility to obtain one
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in varying weather conditions
- Basic understanding of English communication (verbal/written)
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings and weekends
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Valid driver's license preferred for equipment operation
- No prior farm experience required – training provided
