Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks and shipping containers safely and efficiently.
- Sort, pack, and label merchandise according to shipping orders.
- Assist in inventory counts, stock checks, and warehouse organization.
- Ensure the work area remains clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment and hand tools as required.
- Follow all safety protocols and company quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) required.
- Ability to read, write, and understand basic English instructions.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings.
- Valid identification documents for visa sponsorship processing.
- Basic computer literacy is a plus.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
