Responsibilities
- Engage with Attendees: Greet and welcome job seekers at the hiring event, initiating friendly conversations to assess their interests and qualifications.
- Event Support: Manage the flow of the event, ensuring a smooth and organized experience for all participants and staff.
- Information Distribution: Distribute brochures, application forms, and company swag to attendees while maintaining a professional appearance.
- Lead Generation: Assist the recruitment team in gathering candidate information and qualifying leads for various open positions.
- Customer Service: Answer questions regarding job openings, benefits, and the hiring process with a high level of professionalism.
- Brand Representation: Act as a brand ambassador, representing CityConnect Events positively to the public.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse groups of people.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, reliable, and available to work scheduled shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Transportation: Must have reliable personal transportation to and from the event location.
- Attitude: A positive, energetic, and professional demeanor is essential.
- Experience: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or event staffing is a plus but not mandatory.
