Responsibilities
- Assist in the setup, execution, and breakdown of corporate and community events across the Houston metro area.
- Greet and direct attendees with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure all event materials and equipment are ready.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment throughout event operations.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction.
- Provide on-the-spot support to vendors and partners as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or event coordination is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with people from all backgrounds.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 20 lbs for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation is required for travel to various event locations.
- Ability to work weekends and evenings as per event schedules.
