Responsibilities

- Coordinate with local vendors, artists, and performers for authentic experiences
- Manage event budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships
- Develop digital marketing campaigns targeting UK-based New Orleans enthusiasts
- Conduct post-event analysis and client satisfaction surveys
- Maintain inventory of culturally authentic supplies and decor
- Liaise with UK tourism boards for cultural exchange opportunities
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years event coordination experience
- Deep knowledge of New Orleans culture, music, and traditions
- Strong budget management and vendor negotiation skills
