Responsibilities
- Coordinate on-site registration and check-in processes for 200+ attendees
- Manage vendor booths and ensure seamless employer-candidate interactions
- Facilitate informational sessions and networking activities
- Collect and analyze post-event feedback for continuous improvement
- Maintain event spaces and materials for optimal attendee experience
- Collaborate with marketing team to promote event opportunities
- Provide real-time support to job seekers and employers throughout the event
Qualifications
- 1+ years experience in event coordination or customer service
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency with event management software (e.g., Eventbrite)
- Strong problem-solving abilities under pressure
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Availability for 3-5 shifts/month (15-25 hours total)
