Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome all guests with a high-energy, professional demeanor upon arrival.
- Manage the check-in process, collect necessary information, and distribute event badges or materials.
- Provide directions and information to attendees regarding event logistics, seating, and activities.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe event environment throughout the duration of the event.
- Capture high-quality photos and gather feedback from attendees for social media and marketing purposes.
- Collaborate with the event staff team to troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is preferred but not required; we provide training.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and a positive, outgoing personality.
- Ability to stand for long periods and walk moderate distances during the event.
- Reliable transportation to and from the event venue.
- Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required by event schedules.
