Responsibilities
- Deleng engaging ESL lessons to adult learners from diverse cultural backgrounds
- Develop customized curriculum focusing on conversational English and workplace vocabulary
- Assess student progress through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback
- Create inclusive classroom environments that celebrate cultural diversity
- Collaborate with staff to organize cultural exchange events for students
- Maintain accurate student records and progress reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Linguistics, or related field
- TEFL/TESOL certification or equivalent teaching qualification
- Minimum 1 year ESL teaching experience with adult learners
- Strong cross-cultural communication skills and cultural sensitivity
- Fluency in English (native-level proficiency required)
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends (2-3 shifts weekly)
- Basic proficiency in a second language preferred
