Responsibilities
- Develop and execute data-driven SEO/SEM campaigns across multiple industries
- Create engaging content marketing strategies including blogs, social media, and email newsletters
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, SEMrush, and similar tools
- Manage PPC budgets with 95%+ ROI optimization for clients in Tucson and beyond
- Collaborate with graphic designers to produce compelling visual assets
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research for emerging trends
- Present monthly performance reports to clients with actionable insights
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience with proven SEO/SEM results
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Business Manager
- Strong content creation skills with portfolio examples
- Certification in Google Analytics or HubSpot preferred
- Experience with marketing automation tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot)
- Ability to manage multiple projects with strict deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and client-facing experience
- Must be authorized to work in the US
