- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and HubSpot, generating monthly reports
- Collaborate with design team to create compelling visual assets for marketing materials
- Optimize website conversion funnels through A/B testing and UX improvements
- Stay current with digital marketing trends and algorithm changes
- Support event marketing initiatives for Nashville-based tech meetups and conferences
Qualifications
- 2+ years of digital marketing experience with proven campaign results
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, SEMrush, and social media advertising platforms
- Strong writing skills with portfolio demonstrating content creation abilities
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar)
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for website content updates
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of marketing/communications program acceptable
