Responsibilities
- Content Management: Create, edit, and publish high-quality blog posts, social media content, and website copy that aligns with our brand voice.
- SEO Optimization: Conduct keyword research and implement on-page SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings.
- Social Media Strategy: Manage and grow our presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook, engaging with followers and fostering community.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor website traffic, engagement metrics, and campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools to drive data-informed decisions.
- Email Marketing: Design and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts support lead generation goals.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or social media management.
- SEO Knowledge: Familiarity with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Moz, Google Search Console) and best practices.
- Writing Skills: Excellent command of the English language with a strong eye for detail and grammar.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in HTML/CSS basics, Canva, and marketing automation software (e.g., Mailchimp).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week with some flexibility for evening meetings.
