Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Draft and edit high-quality blog posts, social media captions, and email newsletters to maintain our brand voice.
- Social Media Management: Monitor and engage with followers on platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter, scheduling posts using Hootsuite or Buffer.
- SEO Optimization: Conduct keyword research and optimize web content to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
- Analytics Reporting: Track campaign performance metrics weekly and present data-driven insights to the senior marketing team.
- Campaign Support: Assist in the execution of digital advertising campaigns, including A/B testing ad copy and creatives.
- Community Management: Foster a positive community atmosphere by responding to comments and inquiries promptly.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or content creation.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with CMS platforms (WordPress) and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
