Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-platform social media campaigns targeting Boston's professional audience
- Optimize website content and SEO strategies to increase organic traffic
- Create engaging email marketing sequences and newsletters
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and adjust strategies accordingly
- Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) with monthly budgets
- Collaborate with graphic designers on visual content creation
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends and platform algorithm changes
- Prepare weekly performance reports for the marketing leadership team
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of digital marketing experience or relevant internship
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media platforms
- Strong written communication skills with attention to detail
- Experience with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot)
- Basic knowledge of SEO principles and keyword research
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a marketing-related program preferred
- Portfolio showcasing past digital campaigns (strongly preferred)
