Responsibilities
- Manage and update social media profiles across platforms including LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram.
- Assist in the creation of engaging blog posts, newsletters, and website content.
- Conduct keyword research and basic SEO audits to improve search rankings.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics (KPIs) using Google Analytics.
- Collaborate with the design team to produce visual assets for campaigns.
- Handle email marketing campaigns and list management.
- Support the team in organizing and executing local Chicago events.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or content creation.
- Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Familiarity with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs) is a plus.
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop) are highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Must be based in or willing to commute to Chicago, IL.
